HellCat Howls: Open Mic Night (2025)
HellCat Howls: Open Mic Night (2025 - Reoccurring)
Live Performance / Open Mic / Community-Led Programming / Manchester
Hosted by: Emiglia Fellone
HellCat Howls: Open Mic Night was created to provide a supportive, low-pressure platform for creatives to share work-in-progress and finished pieces across performance, spoken word, music, comedy, and live work. The event centres care, inclusivity, and creative risk-taking, offering artists a space to test ideas and build confidence in front of a live audience.
HellCat Howls welcomes performers at all experience levels, from first-time artists to established practitioners. The event fosters an atmosphere where experimentation is celebrated and failure is treated as part of the creative process. HellCat Howls creates an environment that feels both energising and safe for artists and audiences alike.
As producer, my role includes concept development, event programming, performer coordination, running order management, venue liaison, technical coordination, marketing and promotion, audience development, and live event delivery. HellCat Howls demonstrates my ability to produce intimate, artist-focused live events that nurture emerging talent, strengthen creative communities, and create meaningful opportunities for performance and connection.
