In The Mix: HellCat’s One-Year Anniversary (2025)
Multidisciplinary Arts Event / Indie Film Screening / Networking & Creative Workshops

In The Mix was a multidisciplinary arts event produced to celebrate HellCat’s one-year anniversary, marking a year of community-building through creative networking and live events. Designed as a vibrant yet welcoming celebration, the event brought together film, visual art, and participatory making, offering attendees multiple entry points for engagement and connection.

The evening opened with an indie film screening, setting a reflective and creative tone before transitioning into informal networking. Alongside this, the event featured an art exhibition showcasing work by local artists, who were given the opportunity to both display and sell their work directly to audiences. A zine-making station and additional craft activities were available throughout the night, encouraging hands-on creativity and playful interaction alongside conversation.

As producer, I conceived and delivered In The Mix from initial concept to live execution. My role encompassed event design, artist and filmmaker coordination, exhibition curation, workshop planning, scheduling, venue liaison, technical coordination, marketing and promotion, audience management, and on-the-day delivery. The event demonstrates my ability to produce large-scale, multi-strand live events that balance celebration, artistic showcasing, and community-building, while supporting local artists and fostering creative exchange.
